Seth Bradley focuses his practice on securities, deal structuring, and commercial real estate transactions. He represents fund managers and real estate investors with the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties (including multifamily, industrial, office, and retail). Additionally, Seth counsels financial institutions, investment banks and borrowers from debt origination to closing, in a wide variety of loans, including construction loans, CMBS loans, term loans, government-subsidized affordable housing loans, and revolving lines of credit.
Prior to founding Bradley Law, Ltd., Mr. Bradley most recently practiced in the real estate and securities department of a top 3, globally-ranked law firm in San Diego, California. Seth graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law and has his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Seth brings unique practical experience and perspective to the table as a real estate syndicator and fund manager, real estate investor, and startup chief legal officer.
